If any provision of these terms is found to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be treated as modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it lawful and enforceable. If modification is not possible, it will be treated as deleted.

The remaining provisions will continue in effect.

If we delay or fail to enforce any provision of these terms, that will not waive our right to enforce it later.

Unless these terms expressly state otherwise, no person other than you and the Association’s members acting collectively through its management committee has any right to enforce these terms under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.

These terms and any non-contractual dispute or claim arising from or connected with them are governed by the law of England and Wales.
